Heartwood Avenue (Prole Road to Kaimai Views)

About the project

We are constructing an extension of Heartwood Avenue, from Prole Road to Kaimai Views.

This $3 million extension will support a number of potential land developments adjacent to Heartwood Avenue.

Once complete, it will also serve as an alternative route to Prole Road while the Prole Road Urbanisation project is under construction.

In October 2022, Council awarded the contract for the construction of the Heartwood Avenue extension to HEB.

Construction is currently underway, with completion expected in late 2023.
