TECT Park is a taonga (treasure) located between Tauranga and Rotorua in the Western Bay of Plenty. The award-winning space is home to all sorts of attractions and has everything from free walking andf cycling tracks to pistols, paintball and motocross.
The park is used by a range of user groups, which have their own facilities for members within the space. It also has commercial activities, such as the popular tourist attraction Adrenalin Forest, and spaces open to the public.
Public areas include:
- Walking tracks
- Horse-riding tracks
- Mountain biking tracks
- Motocycle tracks
- Off-leash dog exercise areas
User groups include:
- 4WD and motosports
- Club shooting, including pistol, clay target and deerstalkers
- Paintball
- Airsoft
There's plenty of public facilities for you and your whānau to enjoy as well, including the electric BBQ! This 1650-hectare space is jampacked with activities, so come and find out for yourself!
