Online payment
To make things easy, please have your invoice handy. You will need your customer number and invoice number shown on the top right-hand side of your invoice, and be certain to enter your email address correctly.
Payments made after 10.30pm New Zealand time will appear on your Council account the following business day, so please allow time for processing of your payment to ensure you do not attract a late penalty.
Once the transaction is completed you will be given a reference number and a confirmation notification will be sent to your email for your records. Please note that a receipt will not be provided.
Please note we're not in a position to accept credit card payments by phone.
Payment via internet / telephone banking
Pay your invoice using internet banking direct from your bank account to Council. If you arrange internet banking yourself through your bank please remember to enter the following details so we can process your payment to the correct account:
1st reference field: Customer number
2nd reference field: Invoice number
Council's bank details are: ANZ, Tauranga, 01 0434 0180600 00.
