Please complete this application form if you would like to work on or near any utilities. To connect to our Wastewater and/or Stormwater network, please complete the Wastewater connection application form or the Stormwater connection application form.

Please note that this application is for a connection to Council's wastewater or stormwater system only. Service connections to buildings or dwellings is made through the Building consent process.
