When Chevi first came to us for rehoming after his owner passed, he had badly decaying teeth. So before we could find him a new home, he needed to have some expensive dental surgery.
We’re pretty fortunate to work with dog-loving colleagues at Council. We put the word out about Chevi's tooth trouble and the wider Council team donated their own money to get Chevi the care he needed.
Chevi had all his bills covered, including 18 teeth out and he was adopted to a great new home where he can live happily among a pack of 'Terrier-dactal' friends.
We don’t ask our Council colleagues to donate often, just in special *expensive* cases, but they always come through.
