Dog Infringements
Infringement Notices must be paid within 28 days.
After this time, a reminder letter will be sent to the defendant and if the Infringement Notice remains unpaid after a further 28 days, it will be passed to the Court for collection.
An additional fee of $30 is added to the original Infringement Notice for Court costs.

Extended payment options
Payment of the Infringement Notice is requested by the due date to avoid Court action.
Where cases of financial hardship are established by you, provision may be made, after receiving your written request, to seek an extended payment option.
Where no written request is made for such option, within two months from the date of issue of the Infringement Notice, the matter will proceed to Court.
Where a request is received within the prescribed two months, an extension of time may be given for payment, but this will not exceed a total of six months from the date of issue of Infringement Notice.
