Customer Services can be contacted 24/7 on Freephone line 0800 WBOPDC – 0800 926 732 and all animal enquiries will be forwarded to Animal Services.

You can also email us (info@westernbay.govt.nz) - although for urgent enquiries, it's best to phone us first.

Animal Shelter opening hours:

Te Puke: Monday - Friday: 4pm - 5pm
Katikati: Monday - Friday: 4pm - 5pm
