Resource Consent Fees and Charges
From the 24 October 2023, Western Bay of Plenty District Council will return to requiring minimum fees to be paid at the time of application lodgement via the customer portal. This includes applications for resource consents, consent variations, and applications for post decision processes (EDA and 223/224).
