Commercial Forestry Notice
The NES-CF regulations require notice to be sent to Western Bay of Plenty District Council for various forestry activities. These include afforestation, forestry quarrying, harvesting and replanting. There is no fee associated with the notification process. Please complete this form if you would like to submit a notice to Western Bay of Plenty District Council pursuant to the requirements of the National Environmental Standards for Commercial Forestry (NES-CF).
