When registering a food control plan or national programme, fill out one form from each section below
Please note that if you choose to have Council as the Verification Agency to verify your food business, Council can choose not to verify your food business. In which case you would be required to find an external Verification Agency to complete your verification required under the Food Act 2014.

What are the Fees and Charges? Please pay the fees and use your trading name as the reference unless you have an invoice number.
