Kerbside Rubbish and Recycling Collection

We have changed the way we deal with waste in the Western Bay of Plenty, by introducing kerbside collections.

Our kerbside rubbish and recycling service started on 1 July 2021. It was designed to increase the amount of material diverted from landfill by about 60 percent – around 1800 tonnes each year.
