Resource Consent for an Event
Whether your event is on Council land or private property, you will need to check with us if you require a resource consent for your event. Some of the things that could trigger the requirement for a resource consent are; noise, parking, disruption to traffic (TMP), alcohol, affects on neighbours/residents, dust etc.

Please note; An application for resource consent can take up to 20 business days to process, so please contact the Customer Service Planner as early as possible.
