Rates Direct Debt Form

You can either set up a Direct Debit Payment Authority Online or you can print a Rates Billing Direct Debit Form (PDF, 41 KB). Alternatively you can request a direct debit form from our Customer Services team on 0800 926 732.

Note: Make sure you read the terms and conditions and complete the form correctly ensuring the bank account number is correct - signing both pages. If you are unable to complete the form online you can take your completed direct debit form to any one of five offices - Barkes Corner, Waihī Beach, Katikati, Ōmokoroa or Te Puke.

Water Rates Direct Debit Form

You can set up a direct debit payment authority online , or by completing a direct debit form (PDF, 68KB). Please print out both pages, complete and post to Council's rates team, Private Bag 12803, Tauranga Mail Centre, Tauranga 3143.

Please note that your bank will not accept your direct debit form if you do not include both pages with original signatures. Please also make sure you send the completed two page form to Council first so our rates team can recognise payments from your bank. They will then forward the form directly to your bank.
