Rates Direct Debt Form

You can either set up a Direct Debit Payment Authority Online or you can print a Rates Billing Direct Debit Form (PDF, 41 KB). Alternatively you can request a direct debit form from our Customer Services team on 0800 926 732.

Note: Make sure you read the terms and conditions and complete the form correctly - signing both pages. You can post your completed direct debit form to our Rates Team at Barkes Corner, Private Bag 12803, Tauranga, 3143. Do not email or fax your form as we will be unable to forward it to your bank.

Water Rates Direct Debit Form

You can either set up a Direct Debit Payment Authority Online or you can print a Water Billing Direct Debit Form (PDF, 41 KB) - print out both pages, complete and post to the Rates Team, Private Bag 12803, Tauranga 3143. Please note: your bank will not accept your direct debit form if you do not include both pages with original signatures. Please make sure you send the completed two page form to Council first so we can set up our accounts system to recognise payments from your bank. We will forward the form directly to your bank.
