Proposal To Close Jellicoe Street, Te Puke To Vehicular Traffic

Pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974, Tenth Schedule, notice is hereby given that the Western Bay of Plenty District Council, for the purpose of ANZAC Parade proposes to close the following road(s) to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period indicated hereunder.
Road to be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic: Jellicoe Street, Te Puke between Boucher Avenue and Jocelyn Street
Period of closure:
25 April 2025, 7am to 12pm
It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.
