Venture Centre are running two 'Start Here' workshops For Western Bay of Plenty businesses looking to upskill.

Today, it is said, every business is a technology business.

No matter what industry, or type of people you serve, being online is essential to engage with your customers, run business operations and attract new customers.

While we hear, see and read that the internet is critical for businesses to prosper and grow most of us don't know where to start and what to do first.

Enter the Start here' workshop, part of the PoweringON initiative for small businesses in Tauranga and Western Bay.

PoweringON is the Business Owner focused initiative of Tauranga and the Western Bay Region's Digital Enablement Project - which aims to grow a prosperous region where everyone can access, participate and benefit from digital technologies.

During the workshop each attendee will receive a personalised Action Plan on how they can maximise the use of the internet in their business.
