Emergency water shutdown

Council has been advised the water shutdown East of Te Puke is now affecting properties on Te Matai Rd onwards from number 400 as well as Waimea Drive.

An emergency water shutdown will affect all properties on Marks Rd, Browns Rd and properties between 400 and 416 on Te Matai Rd in Te Puke this afternoon.

Water has been shut off to allow council contractors to repair a burst main. Works are estimated to be complete, with water running again after 7pm.
