Winter Sports Applications for 2025 Season (1 April to 30 September)

The Western Bay of Plenty District Council is renewing sports field/hard court bookings for the coming winter season. There is no charge to the public for this. However, Sports Clubs and casual users still need to book fields/hard courts to ensure availability. Bookings also allow Council to monitor usage and predict future demand, as well as manage maintenance, like mowing and turf renovations, around facility use.

Please apply in writing as soon as possible.
