Road closure on McLaren Falls Road

UPDATE 4PM: McLaren Falls Road is now open however police are still on the scene at the Ruahihi Canal just opposite the entrance to McLaren Falls Park. Please take care around the area.

Due to a vehicle accident on McLaren Falls Road this afternoon, the area around the McLaren Falls Park entrance is currently closed.

Diversions are in place via Omanawa and Peers roads.
