Apply for a new hairdressing registration
If you are applying for a new hairdressing registration;
- Please complete the online registration form
Please allow up to 20 working days for your application to be processed.
Transfer ownership of an existing hairdressing business
If you are taking over an existing premises that has a current registration, you can apply to transfer it into your name;
- Please complete a Change of Ownership form.
- Pay the transfer fee of $121 and email completed form to premise@westernbay.govt.nz
We must receive applications within 14 days of you taking over the business. After this period, the registration lapses and can not be transferred. If the registration expires, you have to apply for a new registration.
Health registration fees are non-refundable and are not pro-rated.
