Plan Changes 75-80 are operative and have been incorporated into the District Plan in December 2017.

Plan Change 77 - Cleanfill not originating from the site
Plan Change 78 - Rural Yard Rules
Plan Change 79 - Screening in Commercial & Industrial Zones
Plan Change 80 - Ōmokoroa Financial Contributions

The Plan Changes were notified on 8 October 2016.

Decisions

Council issued its Decision on the Plan Changes on 29 April 2017. Decision Reports were prepared for each of the Plan Changes and were sent to relevant submitters and can also be viewed below.

Hearings

The hearings were held 29 March 2017. All submitters were given an opportunity to present their submission to the District Plan Committee.

Withdrawal of part of Plan Change 76

Council's Policy Committee made a decision on 23 March 2017 to withdraw part of this Plan Change. This decision was publicly notified on 31 March 2017. The public notice can be viewed below:

Appeal
